I moved into this apartment because a friend of mine recommended it. The main thing I do not like is the way I am treated by the staff. They are rude most of the time. Parking is horrible and I have often parked across the street.
I don't feel that my maintence requests are handle in a timely manner and usually are done poorly when completed.
I can never get my heat to work, I have complianed multiple times and told to put in a work order. Nothing has happened yet.
I have problems with noise all the time and a smell of smoke coming in my apt. During the day.
I will not re-new my lease when it's up.
