I'm was surprised at the weird reviews here - I have lived here for several years and love it! I can walk my dog in the neighborhood and down to wash park - and I like being close to cherry creek mall -

I heard about the Gardens - that they are old (vintage') with no a/c - but I guess that's part of living there'

I guess everyone can't be happy' But I am.
