The previous comment about the heat is right. It's a joke, rather than fix the problem the just keep half ass trying to band aid it. Then they issue space heaters, to the people who complain, or at least the do till they run out. Wouldn't it be easier to just fix the problem, rather than constantly annoy your tenants. I guess they don't because the are planning on tearing more of the older buildings down to make way for a new tower.....or at least that's the rumor. In the meantime we are all stuck lving here.

Parking is a disaster, never a close place.

Office staff is Ok, but clueless, and constantly messing up. Rents vary depending on the wind apparently. Some people have smaller apartments than I do, and pay more, some have bigger and payless. A three year-old coul manage this place better.

Corporate Management is a joke, wake up Broe....it may be income to you, but this is where we have LIVE.
