I am a happy Towers resident that has had an outstanding experience at CCT&G. Before relying heavily on disgruntled posters, do a little homework and you will find:

* The staff is otustanding - very helpful and willing to go above and beyond.

* Great atmosphere - you will find people of all ages that enjoy living at CCT&G. Many residnets have lived here for years.

* Clean - Every morning, you will find staff cleaning the building.

* Perks - 24-hour fitness room is great, coffee, pool, use of grills, bags for dog waste, monthly parties. It does not sound like much, but the little things add-up for major conveience.

When shopping for an apartment, check out the vacancy rates at CCT&G. I'm not sure about the exact numbers, but both the Tower and Gardens seem full. That's impressive, especially with low interest rates on houses and plenty of lower-cost options in the area.

Finally, NO, I don't work for BROE. I simply wanted to share my perspective and experience at CCT&G.
