Who on earth would word are review like that' A leasing agent! It reads like a brochure.

"Finally, NO, I don't work for BROE. I simply wanted to share my perspective and experience at CCT&G."

Yeah, nice try!

The fact is there are a lot of very negative review here and a few, very positive ones (that always mention the 'great staff and amenities'). Seems a bit odd doesn't it.....

They change property managers here every 6 months - that should tell you something.

If you want to get positive reviews written by actual tenants, try the following -

(1) Fix the plumping - dripping taps in apartments and laundry - never fixed.
(2) Fix the hot water
(3) Do something about the outrageous noise problem - barking dogs and constant leaf blowing.
(4) Fix the heat.
(5) Stop ripping people off. $700 is closer to fair market value for a tiny, cold, 650 square foot one bedroom apartment in Wash Park - not $950.
(6) Stop authoring your own fake reviews on this site.
