I don't get it. Some of the reviews complain that the maintenance stinks and other complain about the management company getting rid of the maintenance team - seems contradictory. Also there are complaints about the parties the buildings has for the people living there - is that a problem' Sounds like fun to me. (but maybe that's because I like a place where I can meet the neighbors and not feel like I'm coming home to a hotel) I can understand people not liking the fact that the buildings have dogs but didn't they know that before they moved in' I know they told me that there were many residents with pets.

I agree the rents are above the average but have you seen the prices of homes in the area. The rent looks like a great deal if you compare to a mortgage for a home in Wash Park.

Finally, why don't those of you that seem disgruntled ask the management to let you break your lease so that people on the waiting list can move in'

I rated the proerty as all 3's because I don't live there yet and wanted to be nuetral.
