Okay - it is soooo obvious that whoever wrote that one was not an actual tenant - who in the hell would describe their apartment as "well-appointed"' What does that even mean' And who the hell would describe the surrounding plant life as xeric'
By the way office staff, there's a huge typo - ..."keep us informed of any projects that will effect us" - it should be AFFECT!
