RESPONSE TO "great place" and "I don't get it"

In response to "great place," regarding the one day marathon of groundskeeping, that is just plain and simply a load of crap. During the summer they would mow the lawn sometimes FIVE times per week, on different days mind you. The statement that they get the groundskeeping over in one day is completely untrue, sometimes they average 3-5 times per week and I have NEVER EVER experienced a one-day-marathon.
In response to "I don't get it," regarding breaking my lease, BELIEVE me I would pack and move this very instant if they didn't screw me with a zillion dollars in fees for breaking my lease, so, alas, I have to live here until I can get the hell out. I would NEVER EVER consider living here for more than the term of my lease.
