Gardens have gone to ruin

The grass is full of dead patches from all the dog urine. The trees have lost most of their braches in the last big snow storm. Can you say, "County Club Towers and Tree Stumps"'
Take a look behind the maintenance office and see just how CCT&G handles "out of sight, out of mind". There is a BIG hole in the ground that has been there for years. 2/3 of the grass is either dead or non existent - they know about this but refuse to fix it. Do yourself a favor and after they whisked you around in the golf cart, take a walk around and have a closer look. They polish up the obvious areas (that they drive past) and ignore the rest. They are all about the quick sale.
The gym is a joke. The equipment is in ill repair and they perform NO regular maintenance on it. It's not cleaned properly either. People don't pick up after themselves - you have to do a clean up before you can use the free weights.
Office staff are, rude, unhelpful and "vacant on the top floor" - Don't start getting insistent about the tap that keeps leaking every three weeks after it?s ?fixed?.
Maintenance staff are generally pleasant, but are not supplied with the budget/tools to restore the place after years and years of neglect.
Barking dogs are a continuous problem and there are there are serious security issues. People have injured by large aggressive dogs off leash. This isn?t a safe place.
It's a real shame because if the place was run properly, it would be great. But the reality is they want to tear down the gardens and put in a more profitable (second) tower. So they're not going to spend any money fixing anything correctly.
