We lived in an apartment in the Gardens for 15 months. It was beautifal and quaint for a little while, but that soon wore off. In the winter, the heat was never on, it was always cold in the apartment. Things that broke were never fixed (the sink leaked and rotted all the wood in the cabinet, they caulked it to fix it, as they had done for many years, because it had been rotting for a LONG time), it was way too expensive and too small. The location is great, but it is not worth the price. The management is insanely stupid and took forever to respond to the smallest things. I would not ever live here again. Parking is also terrible.
