I AM A MAINTENANCE WORKER. WHY DONT TENANTS TAKE THE TIME AND WRITE SOMETHING NICE ABOUT US,THE STUFF WE PUT UP WITH, IM ONLY GONNA NAME A FEW BUT I CAN WRITE FOREVER,Hmmmmm... lets SEE,we enter some real nasty apt's with germs all over and some call just for a light bulb not working. instead of buying one yourselves,garbage all over,dirty diapers,laundry, have the nerve to clog disposals again and again and act like nobody knows how the milk cap got there Duuuuhhh

I will say I really enjoyed the courtesy of the maintance staff while I lived there, but you guys are getting the short end of the stick because the apartments are a mess. In the 6 months I lived there we had mice problems that lasted a few months, rusty water constantly, no hot water at least 3 mornings a week on average and MANY MANY more issues. Its not your fault and you were always there to fix it if the office staff got around to telling you to fix it. Unfortunately, we generally had to call at least 3 times for these issues to be addressed. If CCG&T took the time to fix some of the systematic issues that frustrate renters maybe they would stop taking their frustration out on the maintnance staff.
