I lived here in 2007 and everything I see on these reviews are correct. It does get a little loud if you have children living above you or someone is play their music loud --but that's apartment living. The office staff was great and so was the maintenance staff. It is an older community but that gives it a certain charm. The townhomes have a great floorplan. I would recommend this apartment complex. From what I remember sometimes they had a waiting list to get into the Cove. The area is also great!
