I have been here about a month, and altough it isn't the best place I've ever lived, it's not nearly as bad as the rating would suggest. I have never had any problems finding parking, the apartments are quite large and cost efficent. I don't have to pay for anything but electric. Water, heating and aircondition are all included. Most of the residents are friendly and quiet. I would recomend this to most people. the balconies are large. and the showers have a lot of pressure.
