Do not live there or think about moving there!! it was the worst place i've ever lived at' Roaches everywhere even outside our apartments there were roaches!! Loud music at all time of the hour! and people fighting rite outside your door.
i mean there about 20 guys and they were bang where there frm and cops are always drive by every hour.
i wouldn't recommend this place to anybody i'm glad i left.
do not move there unless u like cops knocking on ur door asking if u knew anything or herd anything last nite! cause ur neibor was murdered and u were home at the same time!! so i wouldn't want anyone to go through that!! and somebody had hit my car in the morning and my car was parked!!! so i've been through alot living there!!!!

It appears that the management still has no control over this property. When I was the property Manager from 2003-2004 I at least tried to make it a comfortable place to live. I wonder if James Golden is still there screwing all the residents and knocking up the leasing consultants.

my family just moved in and we cannot wait to leave.The place is terrible.maintenance really does a lousy job.Especially,when the ehad of maintenance is married to a leasing agent.
The roaches are everywhere.
The complex is so noisy and filled with -------- who let their children scream at all hours.
The music is so loud that I cannot even open a window.
the public drinking is out of control.
The management needs to be replaced with someone who will clean up this mess.
We cannot wait until our lease is up.
