i'm a resident of crrosing and in four mounths and i have a lot of problems the aparment is old build and i have problems with water, electricity, freezer don't work, the windhield of my car was cracked, my cars were painted with black color for some neighboors, i was making report of this in the office but the manager is a nasty person she taold me i need pay for problems in my aparment and because my english is not good she can't talk with me.
a lot a people have problems in this aparments with she.

I don't know why you say that i have only 1 bulb pluged of that place, for me that manager is racist and a serious problem for the community of aparments she told a lot of the things to my son when she only must talk with me, my son is scared and he can't see to manager.

Do not even think about living here.The management is racist ! The whole place is full of leaks and bugs.
What is this crap about MDU Comminucations?Were the residents even asked?NO !The residents are being forced to go with MDU or nothing at all.
Where is the residnet rights here and freedom of choice.
I have beeen happy with Comcast for quite a while and now being told I have no right to choose.
Also,what is with all these latin children running around like animals without supervision?
All this place cares about is the rent.Forget about repairs.Maintenance is crap in this place.All they do is ride around in their little carts all day and do nothing.
I have been here for a long time and put up with this nonsense,because the rent is low.However,this MDU issue is the final straw.
I am out of here !!!

I think the manager at the crossing is a very dedicated and profesional manager! She does alot for that property and just cause the residents try to get away with illegal things or anything for that matter and she wont let you get away with it you all have a problem. heres an idea move to the villages and go do illegal and and whatever you want there, but i tell you what your roommates are bed bugs! all i hear is ungratfull people, the crossing staff and manager are amazing!! i think by far is the number one property!

The Crossings is a pile of garbage and the management as well.I have lived here for a long time,because of low rent.However,the people here are terrible.The management does nothing about the noise, and crazy children running around without their parents watching.
I,tto,was fed up about MDU Communication.I agree that the tenants should has a say in it.
Also,the pool is ice cold !!
The manager does not care about people.She will not even talk to the tenants.If you complain,then you are evicted.
Why do we have to wait for heat and AC to be turned on and off by the staff?
This place is letting all sorts of gang members in here lately.This place is not safe anymore.
What ever happened to security?
The place is being damaged by vandals and management does nothing.They only care about the rent.
How do they fix carpets?They dye it !!!
The Crossings management will smile at you and give you the a plus treatment before you move in,then treat you like crap the rest of your stay?
Also,so much for no being allowed to BBQ.Also,you should see the public drinking !!!
Stay away !!!

The manager at the Crossings is a great manager. She cares about her property and the Residents. She holds the residents accountable when they break or mis-treat their apartments. In the event the resident has way to many items plugged into his apartment and it keeps tripping the breakers and the resident doesn't want to hear that he is the problem then she offers to have an electrical company come out and confirm that this is the problem. If the vendor confirms that the manager was correct then the resident will be charged for the bill. There are alot of happy residents at The Crossings and alot of GREAT things are happening. All the staff is the most dedicated staff you will ever find!
