I recently moved out of this complex which was a great decision. This complex has roaches in various buildings, bad plumbing, loud and inconsiderate neighbors, theft from storage spaces, and worst of all - A METH LAB in one of the buildings. The management tries to gloss over these problems and talks up their "courtesy patrol," but the place is just plain dirty and run down. When I decided to leave, I talked to a couple of my neighbors who couldn't wait to get out of there as well! It's cheap, but you will know why after you have lived there a week. If you have anywhere (and I mean anywhere) else to go, run, don't walk away from this slum.
