Bad management

I have lived here for 2 years and the management is very unorganized and don't seem genuinely concerned. The landscape is nice some of tenants are making the place look a mess. The hallways are dark and smelly and the parking lot is pot hole city. If your looking for cheap rent with bad neighbors and horrible smells this is the place.
