Getting worse

I've been here for years and it is a complex that went from a nice complex full of young urban professionals to a low income filthy housing project. The management gets turned over every two years because it gets worse every year. Simpson Property Group hires these losers. Every door (all 7!) in the building is broken, most for years. The storage units were broken into so many times they actually told people "we are closing them for good". 6 day a week cleaning vanished. Some days it looks like vistor hours at the Denver County Jail. I long ago stopped having people coming over after 1 guest was accosted by 2 half naked gang members. A lot of the garage spaces are stolen by people who don't pay for them. Car break-ins are so common you'll see the DPD all the time. One night 36 storage units were broken into. These clowns did nothing after being told what happened. They left the storage room the same way complete with broken door for a year. One typical loser resident had his family loading up the stuff from the floor saying "Finders keepers" while Manager Lundy stuffed the complex with more low income residents. One day I caught a 13 year old kid with a crowbar the size of a baseball bat getting quarters out of a dryer. Residents from the 80's here are astounded what it looks like now.
