Unit is extremely loud. You can hear everything the neighbors above and below do or say. Construction is poor. Every faucet in 2 bed / 2 bath leaks. Hot water is insufficient for entire building and is constantly running out. Maintenance is unresponsive and not very knowledgeable. We had a leak in the ceiing of our shower for a week and a half before somebody came to fix it. The leak is now fixed, but the hole that had to be cut in the ceiling has been left unpatched for almost a month. Some of the wall tiles in the shower are popping off the walls. The appliances and kitchen cabinets are old an falling apart. The complex does not have anywhere near enough parking [despite what the leasing agent tells you], especially considering the number of junkers parked there that never move.

I have the same problem. The ceiling in the shower of the guest bathroom is leaking. I hope it doesn't turn out the same way with it going unfixed!
