Stay away from Dayton Crossing, Vassar Place and Glenbrook - as a matter of fact don't even come in this area - it is a slum. I lived in Dayton Crossing and my sister in the higher price or luxurious Vassar Place - and we both felt like we were living in hell. I dont know why they had separate leasing office - when the service including maintenance, security, and management are one and the same - slow, incompentent, rude, and uncaring. The crime rate - shootings, robbery, and car theft is on the rise - and I never went out after dark without my husband. It got so bad that I hardly ever had friends over because I was afraid for their safety.

In sum, this place is a slum - its da hood. And if you value your dolloar, safety, and want to live in a nice quite place - stay away.

Any one who says "Da hood" should live in the hood so you should fit in just fine!
