I moved here from kansas and didn't have the time to really get a good look at this place. It really is borderline ghetto! Our shower goes from scalding hot to ice cold and the maintence won't fix it. It's been 3 months and they still won't come. ---- the leasing agent even hung up on my boyfriend the last time he called to complain! It sounds like the neighbors upstairs have an elephant parade every night and there is this incessant creaking noise in the walls. In the main entry way it smells like someone is pissing on the carpet and my favorite... somebody is always wiping boogers on the ceiling in the elevator! Way too overpriced for this dump.

I have been a resident for several years,and have several friends that live here as well. We all absolutly adore ----, whom has never been rude to me, my friends, or anyone I have seen her in contact with. She would do anything to help and it is apparent that she is well suited for her job. Your boyfriend must have been abusive to her for her to hang up. Who really should have to take someone being abusive to them. Dayton is a wonderful place to live and if you dont like it, Kansas is much more suited for your needs...obviously.

I agree with the original posting. Do not move to Dayton Crossings. It's a Section 8 community. A few that pay $600 a month care and the others pay $30 a month (section 8) and could care less. The staff have nothing better to do than respond to postings to protect their property. Amazing!
