It's been okay.

I've been mildly frustrated with the new management, since they've taken over. We liked this place quite a bit when we moved in, but ever since new management took over, and started raising our rent, we've had our doubts that it's worth it. It took maintainance four plus months to get a huge hole in our ceiling fixed after a leak from upstairs, and that's because the whole office and maintainance staff apparently forgot about us- twice. We also had problems with leaks from upstairs in our bathroom shower, and after being told it would take 3-4 days to fix, it took close to three weeks with our only shower half apart. Between that and requiring two months notice before leaving the apartment, and the insane fees if you have to break a lease (including returning all the "discount" they're giving you on your rent!) we've been frustrated.
Hoping to find some place that isn't going to raise the rent close to 50 dollars every lease on us, with a bit more square footage.
