I won't write home to mom... Let's put it that way. Dayton Crossings has been a nice home, safe place, and comfortable living environment. The management has been nothing but courtious to me since the day I moved in and even knows me by my name (impressive for such a large complex).
The place is a bit old & old fashioned. Appliances need updated, doors need replaced, heating, A/C, and cabinetry need some updating also.
I love that they allow animals, that has been a big plus, especially because I have a large dog.
The complex is fairly quiet, I rarely see my neighbors and rarely ever hear them.
The pools are nice and convenient.
Take it for what it is, nothing great, nothing terrible.
