I've lived here about a year and because of the buildings being older and poorly maintained, things tend to break and fall apart. Everytime I report something, it takes them forever to fix it. My most recent issue has been that there is a sewage leak above where I pay to park my car in the garage. I've reported it numerous times for the past several months and nothing has been done. The leak was causing a white film on my car so bad that I couldn't see out of my driver's side window. When I tried to wash it off, some stains won't come off. When I reported that to management, their attitude was poor. They told me that they wouldn't do anything to fix my paint job and that I didn't have to park there. Obivously I no longer park there and now have to park on the street because parking here is so scarce. All I can say about this ghetto is I'm happy my lease is soon up. As for the sewage leak, I've reported them to the better business bureau and the health department.

obviously you don't have anything better to do either cause you keep reading and responding to my posts. I just want to get the word out about how horrible this place is. Let me guess, you work for them. Who else would be so diluted?

Well, we (renters) had no choice to park there. Either that or take the chance of your car ending up in the pond and/or broken into. So, no we did not have any choice but to park in the garage. I parked across from you and I complained about that leak too. It must be staff responding. Let these people move in. Soon enough, they will be posting the same negative comments. Learn by others mistakes people. Stay away.

I had the same problem, and honestly the manager will tell you to move your car. It takes all of $15. and 15 mins to fix the problem. Take your car down, get an estimate of the damages, and sue!

I think this is the neighbor next to me who trashed the hallways in order to get out of her lease then blamed us residents! I am glad you are gone....and your stupid, broken down car!
