If you like to live in a dirty, unpainted, unkept, urine smelling apartment, then this is the place for you!!! Move in. Don't expect anything from management. What you'll hear is "Oh, I understand". I like when our residents are our eyes for maintenence issues" and then that's it. They are VERY nice when you're signing a lease. Don't expect much and do not sign a lease for over 2 months at a time. Drive by at night. Hang around during the day for the domestic disputes, etc.
