I don't know who would even post "Love this Place" unless they are smoking crack. It's unkept, unprofessional, unlivable, odor, dirty carpet, just dirty!! Do not move in and don't fall for the "Love this Place" posting. It's got to be posted by staff.

I WROTE THE LOVE THIS PLACE and you must be a completely ungrateful person because I have lived in some serious dumps before and this place and it does not even compare to that. I see new people moving in all the time so there must be something right here. Maybe you just a bitter human being who will never be happy no matter where you go. I feel sorry for the next comunnity that has to deal with someone like you. Cant you just enjoy life and get over yourself????

To the person who posted the Love this place - all i can say is the reason you see new people moving in all the time is because everyone is moving out. The thing to brag about is how long your tenants stay in a place not how many new people you get coming in!

I have to agree. I lived there a long time ago - it used to be really nice. I lived there for about four years and moved out in 2001, just after a new mgmt company took over - can't remember the name. It went downhill after that. Now I drive by and it makes me sad - it was such a neat place with the little bridges and geese and ponds. Whoever is in charge has really let a beautiful area in a great location go to seed.
