This place is has been nothing but stress and worry for me. I have had many problems with my unit and have had to have maintenance come to my home on many occasions. my sliding glass door handle has completely broken off multiple times, and the crew has was rude and defensive when they came into my home to fix the problem. Most recently my shower wall caved in on me and i was told it could take up to several weeks to fix the problem. They often leave jobs unfinished, like bringing new appliances into your home and leaving them sitting in your living room for several days, until you annoy the office about it so much they finally come fix it in a huff. Not to mention the atrocious smells in the hallways and stains all over the property, and the pipes that leak urine in the parking garages. They are unwilling to compensate their tenants in any way, and have an arrogant approach to dealing with issues.. not to mention i never got my 100 dollar rebate for going through rent.com to find a home. Awful.
