Run!

We used to like it here, but that was before the cockroach invasions - COCKROACHES, lots of them and many outbreaks. Apparently, the problem came from the management not keeping up with the trash chute. Even the exterminator was disgusted. And then there are the filthy carpets in the hallways, which makes the place look like a slum. There are no baseboards in the apartments which looks really cheap and run down and allows for cracking and peeling at the base of the wall by the carpets. Oh, and I don't want to leave out the plumbing problems, the loud noises in the walls, the paper-thin walls and ceilings and neighbors that play "Guitar Hero" all day and night. The grounds are nice and well kept. The maitenance staff tries to keep up, but this place has too many problems to deal with. I'm just waiting until my lease runs out and then I will move someplace where I can invite people over without being completely embarassed about where I live. We used to like it here, but now we are beginning to think this place should be condemned!
