Dayton Crossing will try to extract every last penny from you upon your departure from the apartments. This can amount to anywhere from 2000-5000 dollars. That is why they will have you sign a 200 page contract (not kidding) I would stay away from anything Grand peaks owns or operates. Leasee's BEWARE!!!

I totally agree. They ripped me off too. They don't fix the things they charge for because they are there when you move in. THIS PLACE IS A HUGE SCAM!!!!! Watch out!
