I lived here for 8 months before moving out of state for a job. I loved it. We had very few problems and those we had they fixed with in a few days. The leasing office ladies were amazing and worked with us on everything...including the squirrel that chewed through the screen and broke into the apt. The place was amazing with every feature that my roommate and I had been looking for at half the price of other places. They are currently remodling nearly everything starting with carpets and the trash chutes. Only thing that I did not like was that the parking spots were very small and you needed to bring in quite a bit of floor lighting... but that is typical in most apts.
