I have live here for almost 6 months, and have, for the most part, pretty good things to say about the place. Jane is generally pretty laid back and, I haven't had any real problems with her. She has always been friendly, and courteous as expected the way a person should be in her position. The only real regret I have about the place is the apartment above me must have hardwood floors, and can be extrememly noisy if someone is wearing hardsoled shoes. Other than that I really like it here, especially with the view on the west side of the building. Good ameneties that are fairly well kept. Unless a drastic change takes place for the worse, I plan on staying here indefinately.

I live here and would agree. the only thing is, there are no hardwood floors in any apartments here. We hear the same noises though, or like furniture is sliding on hardwood and what not. rumor has it its haunted. At least its a nice ghost though!

Yep it's haunted. A few places of my own experiences have been at the bottom of the stairs going from the lobby to the basement, and in the basement parking garage (both visuals). Have also smelled really strong lavender/flowery perfume like when someone walks by that's wearing it, while kickin back watching tv in my living room. All and all pretty harmless though.
