This place is hell!!! I only lived there for about four months before I made arrangments to move out. First of all, when my roomates and I were visiting the property Max Sparks neve filled out a guest card! This is a fair housing issue second of all he next day when we were trying to rent the apartment he said he had already rented to another guys, which we later found out that there has been living there for years. This is discrimination no matter what... I am in the process of suing him not only because he discriminated against us, but because when we moved into the apartment complex, our apartment was not ready, did not had any blinds. It took a little more than a month to get blinds in the apartment. I really don't wish this to anyone we were paying close to 1100 with utilities and we were not recieving the service that we needed. I have many other things to say but I will stop here so that you don't waste your time and so that you can start looking for another property where to live.... ooh yeah, and for you Max please stop selling drugs and over the counter pills... LOW LIFE!!!! THAT'S ALL!!!
