Nice... but...

I moved in about one month ago. The apartments are new and clean. Very nice kitchen and bathrooms. The apartments have crown molding, wood floors, and tile.
Problems - there is a security gate - but our gate 'clicker' doesn't work. The office was going to re-program it - that was a week ago... The people above us - they don't sleep - ever! The office has 'warned them' - hasn't made a difference. Parking - covered parking is $30 a month. If you park in covered parking, without paying - they will tow you. There isn't enough uncovered - "free" - parking available. The office needs to lower the price, or remove some of the covered parking. Also - people speed through the parking lot. Then they honk at you if you don't move... rude.
Overall - the price is great. Parking is a pain. And our neighbors don't sleep - ever.
