How funny that I was going to select an apartment that had two joining walls with two other apartments and the leasing agent directed me towards one that only shared one wall. Hmmmmm they must have known ahead of time that the walls were paper thin. Otherwise why would the leasing agent tell me that'

You pay a lot of money to sit nightly and listen to your neighbor's tv and stereo.

It looks great - but don't be fooled.
