Today for "Insurence Inspections" when they got to the door they requested to come in to check for leaking and water damage. They looked at everyroom and behind doors. However they didn't look under the sink or out on the deck at the water heater. Now anyone looking for water damage you think would have thought of these relativly high water volume areas but nope they werent on the check list. Another thing that cunfused me was that they sent leasing agents insted of matinance workers. Now in your opinion who would be more qualified to do these searches' Granted the cops being here weekly may cause some to beleive that residents may be hiding things in their apartments...but does this make all of us suspects. I still need an answer from the leasing office about this. How dumb do they think we are to not be able to report or find water damage in our own homes. Remember Ladies next time you pretend to be doing something do a little research on plumbing so you know where water problems can be. If you would like a simply list here you go. Hot Water Heaters, Behind Washing Machines, Under sinks, and near sprinkler heads. Yet again readers of ApartmentRatings.com Thank you for your time.
