I do not understand how people can b**** so much' I love it here! I have lived here since the very start. I also can say that the people that seem to have so much trouble here, are the trouble. Go back to the state you came from. And let the rest of us enjoy.
I have sereral friends that live here. I also would like to say that I am happy that the people that cant afford this communitty are living. I would like to see the kind of people that this communitty had in the past. Let the rent go up. If you are so dirty poor, maybe you should get a better job. Or go back to the s*** hole you came from.

Its odd that nearly 17/20 ratings for the Estates all have people agreeing and writing the samething's on how poor this place is in many aspects. You also contradict yourself in your review. You write that you "have lived here since the very start." A few lines down you write that you "would like to see the kind of people that this community has in the past." You should already know since you have lived here since they opened up in September 2003. You are either one of the management or someone who just doesnt know to much. |

I agree with the response. You and your friends are probably the ------- making the rating go down. You'll get yours in time. You obviously have mental problems or that silver spoon you have got stuck too far up your a$$.

Unfortunatly raising the rent doesn't get rid of the shitholes that live here. We are paying almost $900 for a 1 bedroom thats just over 800sq ft and we still see people living here who I know don't make 3x's the rent. This place might have been nice in the beginning but now it's just a place for poor trailer trash who want to look like they have money. I can not WAIT till my lease is up!
