We were the first tenants to live at Mira Vista. It was amazing at first. Quiet. Ample parking. Friendly staff. Then, everyone else moved in. If I didnt find a place to park before 4 pm, I had to park 3 buildings away. They over charge for covered parkin. With the insanely high rent they charge, we couldnt afford covered parking.

They switched management in the middle of our lease. The management company that bought the place was one of the worst management companies I have ever lived under. If I needed anything fixed, it took call after endless call. If I had a problem with parking, the response was "oh well. rent a space". When I moved, they charged me $250 to clean my apartment. Which they never informed me of. I found out, when I went to apply for credit and they had sent it to collections.

Over all, I would have NEVER moved in to these apartments. Lazy staff. Horrible parking. Gate never worked. Noisy atmosphere.
