So I moved into the Estates at Mira Vista back in May of '07. At first it seemed okay. Parking wasn't really an issue and the people in the community seemed okay. Well I was very wrong. We renewed our lease in April and that was a huge mistake. The place has gone down hill fast. Within the last couple of months it seems like some shady people are moving in who not only seem to not take care of their own apartments but now there is trash and cigarette buts, beer bottles, etc. everywhere. Plus it seems like there are people who are leaving their POS cars in the good parking spots. I say POS because the things never seem to move like they can't run. I am moving out at the end of October and I can not wait to get out of this hell hole. I should have paid closed attention to the reviews before I moved in, but I figured that they were just people whining. The only thing left now is to pack and get out. But I have heard that they charge you for all sorts of things when you try to move out which is funny since I am one of the few that has taken care of my apartment. Listen to the reviews. Stay away unless you are looking to pay too much for a place full of shady individuals who may be drug dealers, hookers, etc. Find somewhere else to live. Don't let the nice apartments fool you. Maybe the new management will do something to change this but until then...

I completely agree with you about mira vista. Don't be fooled! It looks good at first but the people there are totally shady and loud. Parking is an absolute mess and there's never any bags in the dog stations so there's crap everywhere. Good luck at your new place!
