It looks nice at first

If you pass by this place and think, "Oh, look how nice it looks," just keep driving, because I can guarantee you 100% that looks are all this place has got.
It may seem appealing at first - the buildings look nice, the gate looks functional (ha joke), the office staff might be nice (aka having a rare good day, with the exception of ------- who is actually a good person), the apartment might appear to be in full functional capacity (until move in day)... I could ramble forever.
The truth remains that, while it may appear to be a nice complex, it's all in the cover of this book. What is revealed only after you move in is that the "heated pool and hot tub" are in fact lukewarm in the winter, the "free coffee" machine is often empty, the "clean premises" are riddled with dog feces, "ample parking" means only by the building at the opposite end of the property, and "security" (read the lease - this is NOT even a guarantee) is practically not available overnight.
I have, I'll admit, seen security the past few days during the day. Perhaps it's because of the increasing amount of overnight vandalization of others' property. It would seem that security is necessary.
So... to say the least - if you see this place, don't stop. Just keep driving and let it pass you by. I'll be the first to say I was a sucker. My lease is up in a few months and I can't wait. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
