We moved into Estates because it seemed like a very nice place to live. I was affordable and close to where we wanted to be. About 3 weeks after we moved in we changed our minds. The staff is lazy, the security officers that they hired to keep the premise safe and make sure anybody that doesn't belong here isn't, don't do anything either. The parking is supposed to be permit parking only. But we have seen atleast 3 cars parked here for 4 months that don't move AT ALL, who have no permit. We've called them in, but managment obviously doesn't care, since those cars are still here! People will let their friends park in the parking lot and turn up the base in their cars and just sit there. Like this is some sort of fun hang out. Our lease is up the 1st of May and we will not be renewing it! We will deffinelty make sure that management knows what a terrible place we think this is.
