Moved here in March 08. I didn't pick the place. No light bulbs in the kitchen. Took a week to get them. No light fixtures or ceiling fans in eather bedroom. No parking, had to rent a garage for $80.00 extra. Know a man that owns 5 cars and trucks got a parking permit from the management for each one of them. After 5PM you will be lucky to find a spot within site of your building.
The back entry gate was open over the holidays. Every person I talked to gave me a different excuse. Everything from people keep breaking it to we are waiting for a bolt to be delivered to it must be the snow. It breaks. FIX IT.
Now that my lease is up. That adds an additional $100.00 to the rent. Sure want to keep clients. And you must give a 60 day notice to move. Not sure if that is legel. And than Iam so lucky to have a nice young couple with a very nice 2 year old son living above me. It sounds like thunder, rattles the dishes. But the management is sorry.

I know who you are talking about with the all of the cars. I used to live above them and they are always complete jerks. The only reason they have permits is because ------- knows them personally, who know what else she's giving them.
