My husband and I have lived at the Estates at Mira Vista for about 6 months. The location is very convenient and we have no complaints. The apartment is huge, closets are great, double vanity in our bathroom, love the floor plan and the pool/fitness center are great. All of the other tenants I have met are very nice.

I've read some of the other reviewer's posts and I think they are ridiculous. While I understand some of the frustrations, I don't feel that the issues they are experiencing are different than any other apartment complex. Regarding the complaints about other tentants noise levels, vehicles, etc... what is management supposed to do' Are they supposed to discriminate against these people because of their cars, appearance, etc' I guarantee you that, if the did, a lot more people would be complaining. Also, if there is dog feces on the grounds, that is up to the pet owner, not the office staff. I have seen people picking up after animals at least 1-2 a week. This is a great service and not one that I have seen at other apartments. I feel that the grounds are kept very clean and the landscaping is nice. If other tenants do make a mess, it is taken care of pretty quickly. I am almost always able to find parking directly outside our apartment unless we get home very late at night, in which case we only have to walk a short way to our apartment.

Overall, I do think this is a great apartment complex. I think that people need to have realistic expectations of their living situation. Any place you rent will have other tenants who have pets, children, junky cars, loud music, etc. Of all of the places I have rented, this has been my favorite.
