Poorly Maintained. Alden doesn?t care about tenantstenants

For the building on 10th and Logan. This is an attractive sell because it is not as expensive as other Capital Hill apartments, but you definitely get what you pay for. The building is not taken care of, management does not care about the comfort of tenants. There seems to be enough of a turn around that they do not care if good tenants stay or go. At times, conditions
can be unlivable (over heating and poor plumbing). Parking can be a nightmare. I do not recommend this building. Spend $50 more and go somewhere else.
