This apartment building rivals some of the worst buildings that I have ever lived in. Almost every night at 2AM I am woken up by screaming-drunk yuppies, from the bar next door. One time I had to called the cops because of a fight in the bar parking lot, by the time the cops arrived the fight was over. Fortunately one of these drunk jerk offs was just getting into his car as the cops pulled up, the cops searched his car and found a rather large bag of cocaine! If you decide to rent an apartment in this building expect the following: loud drunks from Charlie Browns bar, drug deals in their parking lot, drug addicts as your neighbors, puke and urine in the elevator and halls, prostitutes as neighbors, the mentally ill as neighbors, and management that does not care.

I think it's unfair to blame the management for the noise that comes from a bar. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to blame the bartenders who continue to serve people until they fall down. The management of the Executive House provides on site 24 hour manager who are available to help with any issues regarding the building. The building is secured and monitored by 24 hour video.

The comment was not blaming management for the noise from the bar it was commenting about some of the BS people will have to put up with if they decide to live at the Executive House.
