WORST APARTMENT BUILDING IN DENVER!!!!

I JUST moved out of executive house and have never been happier!!!! I had to throw out most of my furniture because of Bed Bugs. The management is FAR from friendly. The only thing this place has going for it are the views from the north side of the building (facing downtown skyline)...other than that it should be gutted or at the least remodeled!!!!

I would bet you a cup of joe that I have THE worst aoartment in Denver, Brittany Apts 2347 S. York St.owned by Denver University, oh and BTW they will deny it, but all you have to do is look up property records. Rust colored water, unsafe lighting of building, took almost a year to replace a exterior light. Gasoline in community hallway, convicted murder currently on parole, yet another newly prision released Hit & Run DUI driver that crippled a DU student for life both living amoung Denver University students, I wondoer if the parents of these kids realize what DU is allowing all for the sake of a few dollars, I could go on but the fact of the matter is DU feels that they can do anything they want.
