If you would like to run the risk of having to jump over the 4 floor do to falling apart stairs. shady materials and workmanship.The apartments elevators in building A smell like urine all the time.The elevator is a Big problem in winter time you have to go up the stair because the elevator get frozen.Also the property Manager is one of the most racist people, she as more than a couple of complains in the Mexican Consulate.
