Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
Well what can I say:
the stairs are or are being fixed
they fix any thing I report within two days
the pool is open this summer
the security service at nite is there and
my saftey has never been in question no matter what time of nite
the new management is tough but through
[at the moment they are offering
3mos free rent for 12 mo lease
4mos free rent for 18 mo lease]
it was the best deal we found when we were trying
to get out of the rent gouging place we were in.
it's not the Taj Mahal but its reasonable, clean[now], and convienent.
