Roaches galore, and even a small battle with bed bugs, but the people that live in this complex are wonderful and willing to meet everyone in the building. You will not understand the joy of living in this building if you've only ever experienced garage door suburbs. The living conditions are more than adequate, but don't expect the swimming pool to be open in the summer, or the elevators to work all the time. Too bad the slum lord aspects of this apartment building bring down the fact that you can actually meet interesting people, have dinner and coffee with them, and create the kind fo neighborhood that most people only read about.

i can't belive this place is still like that! i was ther in 2002-2003 and my apartment was kept clean i never had any problems withthe bugs but i know alot of people did. there are alot of roaches and reported bed bug problems and that is sad becasue the location of this apartment is great. someone really needs to call the health department and report this.
