DO NOT MOVE HERE!! First, the price is too high, you can find better, cleaner and nicer elsewhere. They say totally renovated, but it is not-just new carpet and paint. The 1 bedroom is really a studio converted to a 1 bedroom. Most have no windows in the livingroom. You can hear the neighbors talk and even go to the bathroom above you, below you and next to you. You can hear all the noise in the building, and they never keep it clean. Drugs are still a problem in the building and people leave trash in the halls, vomit and go to the bathroom in the elevator, entry way and in the laundry room (the washers/dryers rarely work). Traffic inside the building from non-residents is a huge problem. They have an "on-site manager" but she only handles emergencies with the police. Management is corporate and they are not very helpful or friendly. They seem nice to interested tenants only. Hot water does not last long and in the winter, it really feels as if there is no heat. You have to use your stove and stay bundled up! You don't even want to hear what I have to say about the bug infestation!! This is the worst place I have ever lived.

Wrote the good review and wanted to clarify on this page, New means everything....New owners, new resident manager, new management, new tenants and new attitude. Constant improvement since I have been here, but never a problem with anything stated above by this tenant. Fountainhead promotes a drug free and crime free community, and tenants sign declarations pertaining to the rules, with a zero tolerance policy. The community is quiet, clean and secure! CHANGE IS GOOD, AND FOUNTAINHEAD IS NOT THE SAME!
