Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I lived here for 2 years and hated both years of it. I could not walk to the trash without guys hooting and whistling at me from the balconies. I got to the point where I needed my husband to escort me to outside. Cars were always getting broken into and management was unresponsive.
